As a running coach, I’m passionate about training women to be fit and strong; age is no barrier. I am qualified in pre and postnatal training, training to your hormonal cycle and Menopause Strong.
Strength training is a crucial part of being a successful runner and moreover, pivotal in avoiding injuries.
Group Strength Training Sessions
These sessions are female only. Small groups means that I can check correct technique and also that you’re challenging yourself by using appropriate weights.
Individual Training and Coaching Sessions
If you’re completely new to strength training and don’t know where to begin, or what to do, then individual sessions can be really valuable in beginning your strength training journeys. We’ll look at what you currently do, whether you have any injuries or niggles that you’re concerned about, and make a plan of exercises to complete at home.
I also provide personalised running technique analysis, advice on how to return to running following an injury, and race training plans.

All the recordings are stored on YouTube so you can access them throughout the four weeks.
